Your invoices arrive from your company — not from a Gmail account.
Business email on your own domain, wired into your system from the first day. The quotation, the invoice and the purchase order leave from your address, and the mailboxes belong to the company — not to whoever set them up.
The client cannot tell whether this came from the company or from an employee.
Sent by the system itself, signed and authenticated, straight to the inbox.
Correspondence mail — from your system to your customer.
Quotations, invoices, purchase orders, statements, and the replies that come back on them. It is built for the documents your business runs on, not for sending thousands of marketing messages — that is a different job, and it has its own tools.
The document goes out as you
Send an invoice from Managely and it leaves from your own address, with your name on it. No no-reply, no address belonging to a supplier.
And the reply comes back
The customer presses reply and it reaches a real mailbox your team reads — not a dead address nobody watches.
A real mailbox, not a forward
Outlook on the desktop, Mail on the phone, or the browser. It behaves like the email you already know, because that is what it is.
When the salesperson leaves, does the inbox leave with him?
Quotations, price lists and the whole history of a client conversation sitting in a personal Gmail is not a filing problem. It is a company that cannot read what was promised in its own name.
You are the admin
You create a mailbox on the day someone joins and close it on the day they leave. The correspondence stays with the company.
Your domain stays yours
Registered in your name, not ours. If you ever leave, you point the mail wherever you like — we are not holding your address.
Verified before it runs
We confirm you own the domain, then sign and authenticate your mail so it lands in the inbox rather than in junk.
Mailboxes are included, with no per-user fee.
Every plan carries mailboxes on your own domain. The number is the only thing that changes — you are never charged for the next person you hire.
Email is one way your system talks. It is not the only one.
The same records, reaching people wherever they already are.
The questions everyone asks.
Do I need to own a domain first?
Yes — the mail runs on your own domain, so it has to exist and be yours. If you do not have one yet, tell us and we will walk you through registering it.
What happens to my current email?
Nothing. It keeps working while you move across, and you decide when to switch over. We do not touch what you already have.
How much storage is in a mailbox?
Enough for business correspondence and the documents that travel with it. Your files, invoices and records live inside Managely itself — the mailbox is for sending and receiving, not for archiving years of attachments.
Can I send marketing campaigns from it?
No — and that is deliberate. This is correspondence mail. Bulk sending is what damages a company's reputation with the mail providers, and protecting yours is exactly why your invoices reach the inbox.
Who fixes it when something goes wrong?
The same team that supports your system. You are not calling a hosting company, and you are not chasing the person who set up your website.
If I stop my subscription?
The domain is yours and so is your correspondence. You take a copy and point your mail wherever you want. We are not holding your address hostage.
