Pricing & Billing
Is there really no per-user pricing?
Correct. Register every employee in your company at zero additional cost. Your plan covers unlimited registered users — you only pay based on concurrent active sessions, not headcount.
What's included in the subscription — and what isn't?
The subscription includes: system hosting, business email, automatic daily backups, SSL and security, and free module updates forever. Not included: implementation and setup services, training hours beyond what's bundled in your plan, and any custom development outside the default modules — these are priced separately.
Is training free?
Training hours vary by plan — each plan comes with a specific number of included training hours. If you need additional hours or an extended training program for your team, those are charged as a paid add-on. Check your plan's training hour details on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial? What's the money-back policy?

Can I cancel anytime?

Implementation & Customization
Is implementation free?
No. Implementation is a paid service separate from your subscription. It covers: configuring the system to your company structure, data migration, and setting up modules and permissions. Pricing depends on company size and complexity. If you're a small business with straightforward needs, you can set it up yourself — or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I customize the system?
Yes, customization is available but comes at an additional cost. The default modules cover the vast majority of business needs. Any development outside the existing modules — such as custom reports, proprietary integrations, or workflow modifications — is scoped as a separate development project. Can you migrate data from my current system?
Yes. We support full data migration from spreadsheets, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, and most other platforms. Data migration is part of our paid implementation service — our team handles the complete transfer of your chart of accounts, customer records, inventory, and historical transactions with precision and security.
Data, Security & Compliance
Who owns the data I put into the system?
You do — 100%. All business data created or uploaded inside your Managely instance, including accounting records, inventory, and customer lists, is your exclusive property. We act only as a processor and will never use or share your data for any purpose.
Where are the servers? Is my data safe?
We use regional data centers to ensure performance and compliance with local data residency requirements. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256, with automated daily backups and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Is Managely compliant with ZATCA and Egypt's e-invoicing system?
Yes. ZATCA (Saudi Arabia) and ETA (Egypt) integrations are built-in on the Growth plan and above — fully configured, no extra charge. Compliance is automatic, not an add-on.
Technical Support
Is Arabic support available?
Fully. Our support team operates in both Arabic and English. The entire platform — interface, reports, invoices, and documentation — is available in Arabic with complete RTL support.
How fast do you respond to critical issues?
Critical issues receive a first response within 1 hour and a resolution target within 24 hours. For urgent matters, WhatsApp and our emergency line are monitored around the clock. Technical support covers system faults — not development requests or customizations.
