Service

By accessing or using the Managely Cloud platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you have questions or feedback regarding these terms, please contact us — we're always happy to clarify.

We may update these Terms from time to time to keep pace with changes in the service or to meet legal requirements. You will be notified of any updates via an on-page notification. We are committed to keeping you informed of all developments.

When you select a paid subscription plan, the amount is collected upfront to activate the service. Prepayment simplifies your billing process and ensures uninterrupted access to all platform features.

Your subscription automatically renews on the due date with advance notice sent to you. In case of non-renewal:

• Grace Period: A 24-hour grace period is granted from the renewal date to complete payment and prevent service interruption
• Service Suspension: If renewal is not completed within 24 hours, the service will be temporarily suspended pending renewal
• Cancellation: If you choose not to renew, we will process cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours from the renewal date

• Coverage: Only covers the initial basic package subscription fee
• Exclusions: Does not cover implementation fees, training fees, or consulting services
• Application: Applies only to the first paid subscription, not subsequent renewals

• Expired Subscriptions: Systems associated with non-renewed subscriptions may be deleted 4 days after the grace period ends
• Inactive Systems: Any system not linked to an active subscription for more than 16 days since creation will be automatically deleted
• Renewal Failures: If auto-renewal fails due to insufficient balance, a notification will be sent to complete payment
• Expiry Notifications: Subscriptions exceeding their expiry date by 2 days are flagged as "needs_renewal" for manual action

By using our services, you agree it is your responsibility to renew your subscription in a timely manner. If any service interruption occurs due to delayed renewal, we will provide full support — but you bear responsibility for any resulting impact.

In the event of violations of the terms of use or inappropriate conduct, we may take necessary measures to ensure service quality for all users. We are always keen to provide flexible solutions before escalating to account termination.

We provide our services in the best possible form, but do not guarantee freedom from unexpected technical errors. We are committed to the highest safety standards and strive to provide a secure, stable environment at all times.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in Egypt. If any legal dispute arises, it will be settled in accordance with local laws and jurisdiction.
