Refund Conditions and Scope

- Request must be submitted within 14 days of subscription activation
- Request must be sent from the same email address used during subscription
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Guarantee Coverage & Exclusions
The guarantee only covers the initial paid basic package subscription fee. It does not include implementation fees, training fees, or any additional consulting services consumed.
Initial Subscription Only
This guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription. It does not apply to subsequent monthly or annual renewal cycles.
