By accessing or using Managely or any of its services, you agree to these terms. If you have questions before using or subscribing to the service, contact us through the official channels listed at the end of this page.

We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal and regulatory requirements. Where a material change affects your use of the service, we will notify the administrator registered for your account through official channels before the change takes effect.

Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the billing cycle of your selected plan. Once payment is completed, the resources and workspace for your company are provisioned according to that plan.

Subscriptions renew according to their billing cycle. If automatic renewal fails, the following process applies:

• 24-hour grace period: time to complete payment without service suspension.
• After the grace period: access to the workspace may be temporarily suspended until outstanding fees are settled.
• If you do not wish to renew: cancellation is processed according to the subscription status and due date.

• Covered: the eligible initial core subscription fee.
• Not covered: advanced implementation, completed training or consulting, and third-party services.
• Renewals are excluded: the guarantee applies only to an eligible first paid subscription.
• Free-evaluation condition: it does not apply if the free evaluation was used within the previous 30 days.

• Expired and unpaid subscriptions: the workspace is permanently deleted 4 days after the grace period ends.
• Workspace without an active subscription: it is automatically deleted 16 days after initial creation.
• Payment failure: an automated alert is sent when billing fails.
• Late renewal: subscriptions two days past due may be flagged as requiring renewal for administrative review.

The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and renewing the subscription when due. Managely provides reminders and alerts, but is not responsible for interruption caused directly by unpaid subscription fees.

We may restrict or terminate service in the event of a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the security of the platform or the rights of other customers. Where reasonably possible, we prefer to communicate and address the issue before termination.

We operate the service using appropriate technical practices and commercially reasonable efforts to maintain security and stability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability under every circumstance, particularly where failures or events are outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
