4. Prepayment for Paid Subscriptions
When selecting a paid plan, the payment will be collected in advance to activate the service. We believe that prepayment simplifies billing and allows you to enjoy the service without any complications.
5. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the due date. We will send you a notification before the renewal date to keep you informed. If you have any questions or wish to adjust your subscription, we are here to assist you.
If you do not renew your subscription on time, the service may be temporarily interrupted. We always strive to make the renewal process seamless and encourage you to track renewal dates to avoid any service interruptions.
6. Automated Subscription and Launch Deletion
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for you, Managely Cloud implements automatic processes to handle expired or inactive subscriptions and launches. These processes include:
- Deletion of Expired Subscriptions: If you fail to renew your subscription on time, systems associated with your subscription may be deleted after 4 days from the subscription's expiration date.
- Deletion of Inactive Launches: Any launch that is not associated with an active subscription or is in a non-active state for more than 16 days may be automatically deleted.
- Automatic Renewal Notifications: If you have auto-renew enabled and the system cannot renew your subscription due to insufficient funds, a notification will be sent to complete the payment to avoid service disruption.
- Expired Subscription Notifications: If your subscription exceeds 2 days after expiration, its status will be updated to "needs_renewal", and you will be required to manually renew it.
All of these operations are designed to ensure a seamless and organized workflow. We are committed to providing full support if you have any inquiries or need assistance.
7. Legal Liability
By using our services, you agree that timely renewal of your subscription is your responsibility. If any service interruptions occur due to delayed renewal, we will provide full support to facilitate the process, but you will be responsible for any negative impacts caused by such delays.
