2. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to keep pace with changes in the service or to meet legal requirements. You will be notified of any updates via an on-page notification. We are committed to keeping you informed of all new developments.

3. 7-Day Free Trial

We offer you a fantastic opportunity to try our services free of charge for **7 days only**. During this period, you can utilize all available features and benefit from the full service. This trial gives you a deep insight into the power of our platform. If you wish to continue after this period, please select one of the paid plans that suits your needs before the specified trial period ends.

4. Prepayment for Paid Subscriptions

When you select a paid subscription plan, the amount is collected upfront to activate the service. We believe that prepayment simplifies your billing process and allows you to enjoy the service without any complications.

5. Subscription Renewal and Service Management (Grace Period)

Your subscription is automatically renewed on the due date, and we will send you a notice in advance. The continuity of your service is our priority, and therefore, we want to clarify our service management policy in case of non-renewal:

  • Grace Period: Should the renewal process not be completed on time, we grant you a grace period of **24 hours only** from the renewal date to settle the payment and prevent service interruption.
  • Service Suspension/Cancellation: If the renewal is not completed within the grace period (24 hours), the service will be temporarily suspended pending renewal. If you choose not to renew, you may cancel your subscription, or we will undertake the cancellation and suspension of the service within a maximum of **24 hours** from the renewal date to avoid any unwanted financial commitments on your part.

6. Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

Confident in the quality of the Managely Cloud platform, we offer you a **full refund guarantee** for 14 days starting from the initial paid subscription activation date.

  • Guarantee Coverage: This guarantee **only** covers the cost of the initial basic package subscription paid (initial subscription fee).
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not include or cover the costs of any additional services rendered or consumed, such as: **Implementation** fees, **Training** fees, or any other consulting service fees.
  • Application: The guarantee applies **only** to the initial paid subscription and does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals (monthly or annual).

7. Automatic Subscription and System (Launch) Deletion Processes

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for you, Managely Cloud performs automatic procedures related to the deletion of non-renewed or improperly activated subscriptions and systems. This includes:

  • Deletion of Expired Subscriptions: If you do not renew your subscription, the systems associated with you may be deleted 4 days after the end of the grace period (i.e., after 24 hours from the renewal date if payment is not made).
  • Deletion of Inactive Systems (Launches): Any system (Launch) not associated with a subscription or in a non-"active" status for more than 16 days since its creation will be automatically deleted.
  • Automatic Renewal Notifications: If you use automatic renewal and the system is unable to renew your subscription due to insufficient balance, a notification will be sent to you to complete the payment to prevent any service interruption.
  • Expired Subscription Notifications: If a subscription exceeds its expiration date by two days, its status will be updated to "needs_renewal" and you will need to renew it manually.

All these operations are aimed at ensuring work proceeds smoothly and systematically, and we are committed to providing full support should you have any inquiry or need assistance.

8. Legal Responsibility

By using our services, you agree that it is your responsibility to renew your subscription in a timely manner. If any service interruption occurs as a result of delayed renewal, we will provide you with all support to facilitate the process, but you will be responsible for any negative impact that may result.

9. Account Termination

In the event of violations of the terms of use or inappropriate conduct, we may take necessary measures to ensure the quality of service for all users is maintained. However, we are always keen to provide flexible solutions.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

We provide our services to you in the best possible form, but we do not guarantee the service is free from any unexpected technical errors or issues. We are committed to the highest safety standards and strive to provide a secure and stable environment.

11. Privacy
