Managely is now a Meta Verified Tech Provider — what that means for your business

Meta has approved Managely Cloud as a Verified Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. This is not a badge for a website: it is a technical permission that lets us connect your company's number to the WhatsApp Business API from inside your own system — with no middleman to find, and no second monthly subscription to a third party.

What it actually is: a Verified Tech Provider, not “WhatsApp integration”

Anyone can write “we integrate with WhatsApp”. In practice that usually means an unofficial gateway, or reselling somebody else's provider account to you at a markup. What Meta approved is a different thing entirely: a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform, permitted to onboard its own customers onto that platform.

Concretely, the whole activation path for your business — creating the business account, connecting and verifying the number, and message templates — happens inside your system under an approved permission, instead of as manual steps across Meta's platforms or under a reseller's account.

The difference shows up on the invoice

A reseller charges a monthly subscription plus a margin on every message, and routes your conversations through their servers. When the tech provider is the same company that runs the system your business already lives in, that layer disappears from the equation.

Your number, your account, your token — not somebody else's

This is the part most businesses discover too late. Connect WhatsApp through a reseller and the number is often registered under their business account, on their token, with conversations passing through them. The day you want to leave, you find out the number your customers have saved is not yours to move.

With Managely the number is registered on **your** Meta business account, on your token. We do the connection; you own the asset. If you leave tomorrow, the number, the account and the conversation history stay with you.

Ask any provider this one question

“Whose Meta business account will the number be registered under?” If the answer is not “yours”, you are renting your company's number, not owning it.

WhatsApp inside the ERP: a message becomes a document

The approval on its own does no work. What does the work is WhatsApp running inside the same system that holds your stock, your prices and your customers — not a separate tool talking to it over an external connector.

A customer asks about an item and the answer comes from real stock. They order and a sales order lands on the same price list. They book and the slot is genuinely free. Your team approves the quotation and the invoice follows. Nobody retyped anything.

  1. Your items become the native WhatsApp catalog shown on your business profile — keyed on item code, so an update edits instead of duplicating.
  2. Meta-approved templates are sent on rules driven by your own data: “three days before the subscription ends”, for example.
  3. One company number and a shared inbox, with each conversation claimed by exactly one person — so two agents never answer the same customer.
  4. Every message can reach the record on screen: the invoice, the customer, the payment.

What this removes from your stack

A business that wants official WhatsApp automation normally pays for three separate things: a WhatsApp provider subscription, an integration or automation tool, and a person retyping chat orders into the system. All three sit on top of the ERP subscription you already pay.

One subscription

In Managely, WhatsApp is one of the platform apps — included with your plan alongside the store, delivery and booking. No second subscription, no second invoice.

How to start

  1. Open your Managely account and enable the WhatsApp app from the marketplace.
  2. Our team connects your number to Meta with you, once, on a single call.
  3. Set your menus, replies and rules with no code, and let it run.
