The chat that lives inside your business system.
Managely Chat runs inside the ERP. Your team talks to each other and to your website visitors from one inbox — and every message can reach into the record on the screen: the invoice, the customer, the payment.
Not a separate app. Not another login. A panel over the work you are already doing.

Two halves. One window. One person answering.
Managely Chat has an inside and an outside, and they meet in the same place. The colleague you message and the visitor on your website reach the same team, in the same panel, without switching apps.
The team, talking to each other
Direct messages and groups, live, next to the records they are about.
- Groups with members and standing that stays inside the group
- Records shared straight into the thread as live cards
- Polls that turn a question into a decision
The website, talking to the team
A widget and a chatbot on your site, answered by the same people from the same panel.
- A bot that greets, collects details, and hands over with context
- Live visitors — who is on the site, where, right now
- One agent owns each conversation — no triple answers
Your internal email has nothing left to do.
Inside a company running Managely, email between employees is a queue where things go to wait. Every reason anyone ever sent one is now a faster thing in the chat.
“Did you see this invoice?” — a screenshot, or a number typed by hand.
The invoice itself, in the thread, as a live card with the outstanding balance on it.
“What do we think about this?” — replies stacking up, no one sure what was decided.
A poll in the thread. One vote each, a reason beside every vote, a result anyone can read.
“Can you send me the customer’s number?” — pasted into a sentence, wrong country code.
A field the customer fills in, validated, with the right country code, straight onto the record.
“Following up on my last email.” — sent into silence, no way to know it was read.
You can see the person is online. They answer.
A WhatsApp group is not a record.
Most businesses run their internal coordination on a WhatsApp group. It works right up until it matters. Managely Chat is the opposite of it — by design, not by policy.
- Anyone can delete anythingA message deleted for everyone leaves nothing behind. The price that was quoted, the instruction that was given — gone, with no way to prove it was there.
- The company does not own itIt lives on personal phones. An employee leaves, and the history leaves with them.
- Nothing connects to the systemNumbers are retyped, screenshots are sent, and the invoice in the group is a picture of an invoice.
- No one is responsibleTwenty people see it, nobody owns it, and the customer who was waiting is still waiting.
- Searching it is hopelessThe answer is in there somewhere, three months up.
- Team conversations are never auto-deletedDeleting a message is restricted to a System Manager. A supervisor, or even a manager, cannot make a message disappear.
- The company owns every conversationOn the company’s own server, next to the company’s data. It does not walk out the door with anyone.
- Nothing is written from outside the appEvery write goes through one guarded path — nobody can post under a colleague’s name or edit history through the API.
- Every conversation has an ownerA visitor chat is claimed, and once it is claimed, one person answers it.
- Search that reaches the recordVisitor history has a retention setting, 30 days by default and configurable; the team’s own history stays.
This is accountability, not surveillance. The point is not watching employees — it is that the business has a memory.
Share the work, not a screenshot.
Any record in the system drops into a conversation as a live card. The search understands how people actually think — no “choose a document type” dropdown with seven hundred entries, because nobody thinks that way.
The card is built per reader. The agent without permission to see the figures does not receive them — the numbers are never sent to their browser, not hidden with CSS.
Turn “what do you all think?” into a decision with a number on it.
Ask the team a yes/no question in the thread. One vote each, changeable, with an optional reason. The bubble shows the result as a bar; opening it shows who voted which way and why. Whoever asked, or the room’s supervisor, can close it — and a closed poll keeps its result.
The website talks to the same team, from the same panel.
One snippet on any site — not only a Managely one. A bot opens the conversation and gathers what the team needs; a person takes it from there with the context already collected. Because it lives in the ERP, what the bot collects lands as data, not a transcript to read and retype.
Smart prompts
Lines that appear above the widget by rule, not at random: after a delay, on scroll, on exit intent, on specific pages, first-time or returning visitors, with a priority order. Each one counts how often it was shown, clicked and answered, so the ones that do not work get turned off.
A bot that collects, then hands over
It greets, gathers the name, phone with the right country code and email, and hands to a person with the context already gathered.
One owner per conversation
A visitor chat is claimed, and then only that agent replies — no visitor gets three answers from three helpful people. Handover carries the history.
For the person who asks “is this safe?”
It is self-hosted on your own server, next to your own data. The guarantees below are things the system does, not adjectives — each one is checkable.
Delete is restricted to a System Manager
A normal employee, a supervisor, even a manager cannot make a team message disappear.
One guarded write path
Every message goes through a single guarded path, so nobody can post under a colleague’s name or edit history through the API.
Attachments checked by their bytes
The file type is read from the content, not the name. A file named as a PDF that is not one is refused, SVG is refused outright, and a PDF carrying executable content is refused with a message that says what to do about it.
Files stored privately
Attachments are stored privately and shown behind a permission, without a download link. Images with absurd dimensions are refused before anything tries to open them.
Retention that fits
Visitor history has a retention setting — 30 days by default, configurable — so the record stays proportionate. The team’s own history is kept.
Abuse control for open traffic
Per-IP floors, message-length caps, repeat-message blocking and allowed-domain lists — with the real client IP read correctly from behind Cloudflare.
Every other chat is a place you go beside your work.
Slack, Teams, a WhatsApp group, Intercom, Crisp — they sit next to the system and talk to it through integrations, at best. Managely Chat is not next to the system. It is the system. The person answering a visitor is looking at the ERP while they answer, and can attach the customer’s actual invoice because it is one search away in the same window. That is not an integration; there is nothing to integrate.
It is the only chat that runs inside the business system itself — and it is the layer where the people who run Managely talk.
