- Exclusions: The guarantee does not include or cover the costs of any additional services rendered or consumed, such as: **Implementation** fees, **Training** fees, or any other consulting service fees.
- Application: The guarantee applies **only** to the initial paid subscription and does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals (monthly or annual).

4. Processing
Upon receiving your request, we will verify the information and ensure that the conditions are met. The full amount will then be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
